My passion for food and events began at the Pacific Institute of Culinary Arts where I trained as a chef. It further took me overseas to Switzerland where I studied European service and catering at the number-one ranked hospitality university in the world. In the past few years I’ve planned events throughout Europe and the Middle East and most recently worked for the prestigious TED Conference in Long Beach and Oxford, UK.
I’ve come to recognize whether it’s an intimate dinner for 8 or a gala for 800, the approach is the same. When you combine fresh ideas with a flawless delivery you create an evening that your guests won’t soon forget.
